Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by Customer

If you wish to cancel your booking, the following charges will apply:

• More than 30 days before departure: 10% cancellation fee.
• 15-30 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee.
• Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.

2. Cancellation by Us

In the rare event that we must cancel a tour due to operational reasons or insufficient participation, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid. We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred (e.g., flight tickets).

3. Force Majeure

Refunds may not be applicable in cases of Force Majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or civil unrest, which prevent the tour from operating.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original method of payment. You will receive a notification once the refund has been initiated.
